Stock Confirmation & Order Processing Time

Because we operate on a dropshipping model, we do not hold physical inventory. All orders are sourced directly from our Australian fulfillment partner. This means there is a necessary step to confirm product availability after your order is placed.

Order Processing Window: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our team to formally place your order with the supplier and receive confirmation of stock availability and the assigned tracking number. This processing time is in addition to the estimated shipping time.

Out of Stock Policy: In the rare event that an item is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you immediately (within the 3-7 business day window) to offer a full and immediate refund or an equivalent product alternative.
